Gonçalo Waddington e Tiago Rodrigues are two creative chefs that run the restaurant “Cópia”, in Lisbon. They usually say that the discovery of a new dish contributes more to the happiness of human beings than the discovery of a new star. But when they try to invent a new dish that can give them the first Michelin star, the confrontation is inevitable. A performance about art and science of cooking, about the permanent restlessness and the inventing spirit of the two chefs that end with the finding that a dish always tells the story of the one who cooked it.
